§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all purchases and sales concluded between registered users of the PFF Marketplace. Any deviating terms proposed by buyer or seller only become part of the contract if the PFF Marketplace agrees to them in writing.
§ 2 Contract Formation
The PFF Marketplace is an intermediary venue. The purchase contract is formed exclusively between seller and buyer, not with the platform operator. Publishing a listing is not a binding offer but an invitation to treat (invitatio ad offerendum).
§ 3 Payment
Payments between buyer and seller are settled outside the platform. The PFF Marketplace recommends established payment methods and in-person settlement for vehicle transactions. Advance payments abroad should be avoided.
§ 4 Warranty
Warranty obligations follow statutory rules between buyer and seller. The PFF Marketplace provides no warranty regarding the accuracy of listing information, the condition of vehicles or parts, or the creditworthiness of the contracting parties.
§ 5 Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from the purchase are primarily to be resolved between the parties. The PFF Marketplace provides moderation tools for justified reports but does not act as an arbitration body. § 6 Limitation of Liability
Liability of the PFF Marketplace is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. For damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, statutory liability applies without limitation.
§ 7 Changes to these Terms
The PFF Marketplace reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of material changes in good time.
