§ 1 Scope
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between PFF Medien GmbH (platform operator) and registered users of the PFF Marketplace. They are to be distinguished from the Terms and Conditions, which concern the purchase transaction between buyers and sellers.
§ 2 Account
Use of marketplace features requires an account in the PFF Forum. The user is obliged to provide truthful information. Only one account per person is permitted.
§ 3 Content Rules
Listings and messages must not:
- violate applicable law
- infringe third-party rights (in particular trademark, copyright, and personality rights)
- conceal commercial character (commercial multi-accounts are prohibited unless a dealer plan is booked)
- show vehicles with visible license plates
- contain misleading or manipulated information
- contain links to external platforms or payment providers beyond ordinary references
§ 4 User Duties
The user ensures that listing content is accurate and complete. If the advertised item changes (e.g. sale, price change, newly discovered defects), the listing must be updated or deactivated without undue delay.
§ 5 Platform Liability Limitation
The PFF Marketplace is a pure intermediary service. We assume no responsibility for the quality, authenticity, availability, or characteristics of the items advertised. Similarly, we are not liable for the fulfilment of contracts concluded between users.
§ 6 Suspension and Deletion Criteria
The platform operator reserves the right to suspend or delete listings and accounts in the event of:
- violation of these Terms of Use or the Terms and Conditions
- reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse
- repeated or severe reports by other users
- inactive accounts after 24 months
Affected users are informed of the reasons. A single opportunity to clarify is granted, except in cases of manifest abuse.
§ 7 Changes
The platform operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of material changes by email or account notification. If the user does not object within 30 days, the changes are deemed accepted.
