What does consignment cost?+
Nothing. We charge 0 % from the seller. The buyer pays a capped premium to PFF — that's our business model.
How long does an auction take?+
Preview phase 3 days, live phase 7 days. From first call to hammer, expect 3–4 weeks depending on the DEKRA appointment.
Can I set a reserve?+
Yes. We agree the reserve together — it stays hidden, but if it isn't met, the Make-a-Deal procedure runs with the highest bidder.
Does the car need to be at your place?+
No. The car stays with you. DEKRA comes to the vehicle, handover is organised directly between you and the buyer after the hammer.
How does handover work?+
After the hammer, the buyer receives an invoice for the buyer premium from us; the actual sale is handled directly between you and the buyer. We support with contract templates and an escrow referral service.
