Phase 1.5 (2–3 months post-beta)
Community depth and price transparency.
- Comment system on listings (inspired by Bring a Trailer). Own system, not a forum embed — mobile-optimised, SEO-friendly.
- Price history graph: initial listing and each price change visible on the detail screen.
- Expanded profile avatars and bio fields.
- Model landing pages with community stats.
Phase 2 (after MVP beta, timing open)
Deeper integrated market data and commercial services.
- Market price indicator for vehicles (based on real listings, not purchased external data).
- VIN check against DAT/Schwacke for used 911s and classics.
- Financing calculator (embedded partner component, we do not originate financing ourselves).
- AI description assistant inside the listing wizard.
- Escrow / auction / warranty — only if the product direction calls for it.
The phases are not rigid. Whatever community feedback demands first can move up.
